In the field of individual labour law we design, draft and modify employment contracts. During the existing employment relationship we advise in regard to arising legal questions of all kind. As regards service contracts for directors and board members of companies we are frequently asked how such agreements are best shaped and formulated.
When it comes to the termination of employment relationships we represent our clients in unfair dismissal proceedings before the labour courts or we negotiate and draft termination agreements.
In the field of collective labour law the primary focus of our work is on questions regarding co-determination as governed by the Works Constitution Act and akin legislation concerning employee participation. As to these issues we counsel the parties involved, i.e. the employer or alternatively the company's works council or staff association, in court proceedings or in out-of-court negotiations and settlements.
