Beyond our work as lawyers we offer to conduct mediation proceedings.
In suitable cases mediation can be an effective and pricely alternative to court proceedings. This implies that all parties to the conflict agree to the mediation process in order to find a consensual solution to their conflict in a self-determined and self dependent manner. It is thereby up to the mediator as a nonpartisan third party to create a level of communication between the parties designed to further an interest-orientated communication within the framework of a confidential procedure. However the mediator does not reach a decision. It is the nature of mediation that the parties do not delegate their conflict to lawyers or judges but keep the search for a possible solution to their dispute in their own hands. It is due to this fact that a more ample space for economically optimised, lasting and interest-based results may emerge.
